About Us
Linfranc Services Ltd (LSL) was incorporated in 2015 to fill a service provision gap in the Social Care Giver and Allied Services sub sector.
LSL core incorporation mandate included the provision of support and coordination services to local authorities, offering a range of other services such as: family support, outreach, supervision, and accommodation for persons aged 18 years and above with moderate learning disabilities or mental health issues.
Working in partnership with the social services, LSL pursues its major objective of providing safe, effective and quality care, enhancing the quality of lives, social and economic well-being of young adults, adults and their families.
It is the aim of LSL to empower families and young people to be independent and able to take full control of their lives and livelihood while achieving their full potential in their local community.
LSL is driven by a robust and qualified staff team with the right skills and experience drawn from a diverse range of cultures, backgrounds and ethnic nationalities with the core values of offering natural care, compassion, love, empathy, safe care, equal treatment and leaving enduring positive impression on her clients at all times.
Each of the staff team holds a minimum of Level 2 or 3 NVQ qualification in Children and Young People.
At LSL, we maintain a timeless and regular staff supervision and development to keep staff updated on current work ethics and improved capacity building through mandatory and diversified training throughout the year for continuous improvement for quality services and high scale professionalism.
